Kaiser is an automobile manufacturing company based in the Greater Germanic Reich, producing four-seater cars as of 1960. A Kaiser-brand car was used by BJ Blazkowicz and either Fergus Reid or Probst Wyatt III (depending on player choice earlier in-game) to escape Eisenwald Prison in 1960, running over a few Nazi prison guards in the process. A Police Kaiser can be seen when Fergus/Wyatt try’s to Hotwire the vehicle, another one can be seen by Nazi guards when catching up on them.
Another car is found in-game, in a garage. The car is missing it's doors and wheels and is in a dilapadated state, despite it's appearance, it's interactable, doing so will have BJ climb into the car and pretend he's "driving" it by mimicing engine and horn noises before pretending to pick up a woman, then exiting the car.
Trivia
While Kaiser is an entirely fictional brand, references to real-life automotive companies are found throughout the alternate 1960s of Wolfenstein--a song by the "soldier-singer" Hans mentions Mercedes-Benz and Volkswagen, while some of the cars in Wolfenstein II's rendition of Roswell resemble Volkswagens and Cadillacs.
Kaiser is a German word meaning “Emperor“ of one of the past German leaders
